No box. Replacement insoles. Shoes have been cleaned, disinfected, and stored in freezer bags. These have definitely had a midsole repaint. The midsoles have large depressions in them, particularly across the heel area (attempted to photograph this as best I could). Toe box creasing. Outsole wear.
